The aim of this workshop is to provide analysts with a framework for both their day-to-day work, as well as which softer skills will enable them to be more effective.
Complementing existing technical training, this structure enables analysts to relate Softer Skills to their work. Delegates will also learn a number of handy tips & CPD resources for their continued development.
The core objectives of the programme are to:
Provide delegates with a workflow for undertaking analysis, with tips for each stage
Enable analysts to understand how different Softer Skills can improve impact at each stage
Identify, through theory & practice, where further development is needed to master skills
A 9-step workflow for undertaking future analysis, that prompts use of Softer Skills per stage
Experience of utilising Softer Skills, to learn their relevance to improving each stage
Prioritisation of those Softer Skills where further development is needed, to put theory into practice
